A nice pink flower would be nicee

Very vibrant yellow would add color but still classy, great for spring and have a nice organic but luxurious feel.

if lilies are your main flower, there are many ivory flowers that could blend in with green and brown. also there are many beautiful green “hybrid” flowers now. green and brown sounds rather earthy so i thing any earth colors would go wonderfully, gold, peach, yellow. i guess it really depends on the shade of green and brown.

you probably don’t want to add too much color to this combination. If your colors are green and brown, just add alot of green to your bouquet, different branches/leaves. The white lilly already has some yellow to it. You can add tiny little yellow or white flowers.. but honnestly, lillies are gorgeous just on their own. you can get your color from the ribbons holding the flowers together. Any color goes with white :) so just add your favorite color as a thick satin-like ribbon and it’ll look gorgeous

I like white roses. But if you want color then I would go with pink.

Yellow would go beautiful, so would orange, and pink would be nice as well.

Cymbidium orchids and Kermit mums both come in green naturally. I wouldn’t add a completely different color that isn’t found anywhere else just so that you can have color in your flower selection.

My colors were plum and green. The cymbidium orchid is a good call. Also, hydrangea comes in a sage green to mauve tone or a sage green to teal tone. My florist braided ribbon into the bouquet handles in my colors to bring it all together. I had emerald green touches in my dress, so my handle was ivory and green. My MOH had a sage green dress, so her handle was green over plum. The bridesmaids were wearing plum, so their ribbons were plum over green. I had orange and brown shades in my flowers, but I don’t remember what a lot of the flowers were called. Here are photos of mine, maybe they will help you out…

What I did was find photos of bouquets I liked and printed them out. I took these to the meeting with my florist. It was much easier that way, she could see what style I was going for and make suggestions of flowers that were similar and in bloom for my time of year (Sept). You should go to this page on the knot and click on the “style, season or color” tab. A window will drop down and you can choose brown or green and look at photos of real wedding that had your colors to find some flowers that you like. Have fun planning!

My friend just had her wedding and those were her colors. She had her bridsmaids (who wore brown knee length dresses) carry green hydgrania’s (sp?) It was beautiful! She had a modern wedding at the reception she had huge white paper lanterns and on the table she had a white plate in front of everyone and on the plate was a green apple. I had never thought of that idea before. Hope this helps and best of luck with the wedding!!
